What you need from Deezer

An application at Deezer for developers. Click Create a new application, then copy:

MusicAPI asks Deezer for these permissions:

Add it to MusicAPI

  1. Open Integrations in the dashboard and pick Deezer.
  2. Paste the Application ID and the Secret Key, and save.
  3. Turn Is Enabled on.
  4. Press Test Deezer and sign in once.

Quirks

  • Deezer gives no ISRC in its answers, and the user search does not take one. Matching into Deezer uses the title, the artist and the album.
  • At most 50 items per page (limitParam), at most 2,000 tracks per playlist.
